Under section 43 of the Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), if a public body asks,
we
may authorize the public body to disregard access requests that, because of their repetitious or systematic nature, would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the public body. Section 43 also allows
us to issue such an authorization for frivolous or vexatious access requests.
